Service Description

Use this call to ask everything you need to know about relocating and buying property in Portugal: locations, pricing, investment, returns and any other related concerns you might have. I have vast experience with property and will be able to answer your question on the spot and give you valuable advice. Keep in mind specific legal questions like DTA's (Double Taxation Agreements) are more fitted for accountant and lawyers. Although we help our clients with these concerns given our packages include some legal advice, it's not something our experts will be able to give specifics on. If you decide to buy a Decided, Wanderer or Investment package after this session, the value of the session is deducted from the package price. If you purchase within 60 days from the call the full price of call is applied towards the package. Between 61 days and 180 days 50% of the cost of the call applies towards the upgrade. After this a deduction will no longer apply. Limited number of calls per month. Price includes VAT

Cancellation Policy

For tours please cancel at least 3 days ahead, for calls a day is requested or no refund will be issued. We can reschedule given the request is reasonable.
