We have created a Rental Advisory Service, specially for clients that prefer to make a “trial period” in their chosen location before buying or just for a long-term rental in Portugal. Through our Rental Services you will not only get all the best and transparent advice in the Portuguese real estate market but we will also give you LOCATION ADVISORY from local experts, plus all the support you need with : PROPERTY RESEARCH, IN-PERSON VERIFICATIONS, LEASE CONTRACTS and LEGAL MATTERS
We have 3 Rental Service Packs available! Let’s take a look at them and see how they work:
BASIC Rental Pack
The BASIC Rental Service is ideal for those who want to be more “hands-on” and visit the properties themselves, we support with the research and network, contracts, negotiations, and legal advisory.
We also provide advice on areas considering your requirements and lifestyle and always give you an inside perspective of neighborhoods. You can choose to use the included hours either on advisory or visitations, but keep in mind they are limited.
PREMIUM Rental Pack
The PREMIUM Service includes everything the BASIC does plus

If your BASIC Rental Pack isn't enough and need even more support, the PREMIUM Rental Pack is the best service for you!
PREMIUM + Rental Pack
You should opt for the PREMIUM Plus Service if you want someone on your side through the whole process:
Visa, bank accounts, NIF, Social Security, utilities, how to use transportation, plus the location advisory and legal support. Support hours can be used in-person & as online calls.

A Savvy Representative will be assigned to you and contact you with feedback, location advice and some options within 3 business days after we receive the form; we will work with you to find the best option and negotiate it.

Visitations can be made by you, by the agent or both (number of visits are limited by the package)

We talk to the landlord/agency to sign a contract that protects you both, all contracts are reviewed by a lawyer and we will warn you of any issues.

(Premium options Only) Post agreement support – if you need help with setting up utilities, appliances, issues with the landlord or anything else related to your rental that you might need support with – we are here for you!
If you need additional clarifications regarding a specific area, we recommend scheduling an Advisory Call with the corresponding Relocation Advisor. This call will be deducted from the package price if you proceed with the purchase (REMINDER: Calls with Ana Caramujo are never included in any rental packages).
