Rental Service
... should be initiated 1 to 2 months before the planned start of contract;
If you want to initiate earlier to have extra support with visa & relocation, the Premium Extended Pack can be initiated up to 4 months prior.
Buying Service
... is most suited for those who are planning to move & buy property in Portugal in 1-8 months or have recently arrived & are still exploring.
Investment Service
... can be used with any timeframe. It is easier if the client is present, but not required. If there is a specific timeline for purchases, the package should be initiated 1 to 3 months before said date.
Resident Tours & Location advisory
If you are just planning an initial scouting trip but haven't made your decision yet, Resident Tours and Location advisory calls could be helpful to narrow down locations. They can be purchased individually or as sets.

We don't operate based on commissions, as our services have fixed prices. We have no interest in pushing you to make higher value purchases unless it is truly a better investment for YOU.
Inside Perspective
All of our Advisors are locals, on a contract, trained by Ana, and have lived in the area they are assigned to for 10+ years. They know the area inside out and will help you navigate it.
Technical Knowledge
Ana (CEO) has been involved in real estate most of her life, she knows the in’s and out’s of transactions, licenses, town hall dealings, bureaucracies and anything else you may need. We also use an Real Estate MLS Program for agencies, which gives us access to a complete overview of the online listings, provides market studies, comparisons and inside information!
